Cong Quan House was built by the French colonialists in the late 19th century.
Cong Quan House is 150 m2 wide, was built by the French colonialists in the late 19th century, belongs to the population of the Island Lord Palace. Til American imperialism period was called Cong Quan House or Club, etc which was the top of the travelers when they were on duty. The great French musician - Camille Saint Saens stayed here for a full month (March 20th, 1895 - April 19th, 1895) and completed the final chapter of the opera "Brunechilda". His concern was still in the letter sent to Island Lord Jacquet: “... Where the beauty is respected, the crime is banished there, no need for law ..."
