Con Dao district responds to world environment day

On this occasion, People's Committee of Con Dao requested the concerned agencies and units to promote the propagation and education of cadres, party members and people in the whole district in participationof environmental protection by concrete actions.The Neighborhood Propaganda in populated communitieswith the theme "Say no to disposable plastic products", campaigns on environmental sanitation, well maintained hygiene movement monthly beach environment, waste collection and treatment, clearing up the flow, dredging canals, ponds, lakes, drainage systems; Organizing activities to collect plastic waste, plastic bags in public places and residential areas, etc., to encourage consumers to minimize the use of plastic products, plastic bags and abandon the habit of throwing garbage.

Previously, district People's Committee also organized a campaign to collect waste, clean the beachresponded by mass organizations and people actively.
