Conference on implementation of new regulations on Labor Law

During one-day session, participants were informed by Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), Mr.Nguyen Phi Hung, about the basic contents of the Government Decree 72 dated 15th May, 2018. Basic salary level for cadres, civil servants and page-layout workers "; Decree No.22 of February 27, 2008 of Government stipulating settlement of complaints and denunciations in the field of labor and labor contracts; job education; activities of sending Vietnamese laborers to work abroad under contracts; job; occupational safety and health "and Circular 26 dated 20/9/2017 of Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs" onregulations and guidelines for implementation of compulsory labor accident and occupational disease insurance regime ''.

In particular, Decree 72 of 2018 of Government effective from July 1. Decree No.24, 2018 of Government takes effect from April 15, 2015 and Circular 26, 2017 of Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs takes effect from 1/12/2017.

Through this conference, to raise awareness of law provisions on labor for officials, employees, employers and laborers; By that, protect the legitimate rights and interests of employers and workers.
