Give Tet gifts to Con Dao fishermen

On behalf of the Fatherland Front Committee of Con Dao, Mr.Nguyen Tien Hoa presents gifts to disadvantaged fishermen in the area.

On this occasion, the Border Guard Station and the Fatherland Front Committee awarded 10 gifts to disadvantaged families with the total amount of 10 million VND. This is the 10th among 15 fishermen participating in safe boats nest built by the District People's Committee.

It is known that this is the activity held by Con Dao Border Station every year when the New Year comes. The gifts, though not great value, have great significance in order to share difficulties and encourage the fishermen peace of mind to seize the sea to get rich as well as assert the sovereignty of Vietnam at sea.
