The plot of land for Six Senses employees' residential project covers an area of ??more than 3,600 square meters in residential area No.5, District. The project has a construction area of ??about 4,600 m2 with a total investment of 66 billion VND. The project consists of 5 blocks adjacent to 131 rooms and canteen, community activities, entertainment room, English classrooms. It is expected that the project will be implemented in 18 months and handed over to use in early 2020.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr.Le Van Phong - Chairman of the District People's Committee affirmed: This is a very necessary project and one of projects bring highly social efficiency, creating conditions for employees in the work. Sixsenses is a stable place to work to contribute to promoting socio-economic development of the locality. The project also shows interest of authorities at all levels for enterprises investing in tourism services in the district. In the process of construction, it is recommended that construction companies pay attention to environmental issues and labor safety.
