Program "For a Green Future" presents 117 gifts for Con Dao people

The program has given 100 gifts to policy families, soldiers are on duty in the island and 17 gifts for students with difficulties and disabilities. Each gift is worth 800 thousand VND.

As part of "For a Green Future" Program, 2018 will be held nationwide on the occasion of 'Vietnam Sea and Islands Week' (June 1 to June 8). The meaning given by organizers to people on the island district expresses sentiments and sharing of individuals and enterprises throughout the country to difficulties of policy families, soldiers and pupils on the island. At the same time, through program to contribute to arousing, accumulating, raising sense of responsibility of the entire society for environmental protection and natural resources in Con Dao in particular and Vietnam in general.

On this occasion, participants of program "For a Green Future" visited, offered incense at the Hang Duong Cemetery and visited Con Dao prison system.
