Immediately after the ship arrived at the port, the District Military Steering Committee organized the loading and unloading and transportation of fireworks to the store for preservation. In addition, the military command of the district also organized training for 20 officers - soldiers responsible for fireworks; Preparing facilities for installation of pyrotechnics and building a plan to coordinate with the Armed Forces stationed on the island to ensure security and order in historic pier 914 - fireworks in New Year's Eve.

It is known that funding for fireworks is the People's Committee of Con Dao district for socialization 100%. This is a low-level fireworks, fireworks will be the appearance of rain, gold rain, chrysanthemum, fan, flowers, ... All the fireworks produced by Vietnam. The fireworks duration is 15 minutes, starting from 0h on the first day of Lunar New Year 2018 - the moment of passing over the Lunar New Year 2018.

Up to this point, preparations for fireworks at Con Dao have been completed by the District Military Command and ready to make spectacular firework displays serving the Con Dao people on  next New Year's Eve.
