Inviting investors to 13 projects in Con Dao

The spatial planning of Con Dao district is divided into three main areas: Con Son Central area (total area of more than 1,400ha) is oriented to attract investment ecotourism area under the forest canopy in An Hai area, High-tech agricultural and renewable energy agricultural areas; Ben Dam area is oriented to invest in the development of urban projects, tourism services, trade centers, ports and services;Co Ong area - Dam Tre Bay (orientation to attract development of tourism projects under forest canopy, marina ...)

To provide the best conditions for investors to Con Dao, recently, the province and the central government invested and upgraded infrastructure, transportation, facilities, electricity and water for local communities

At the conference, the provincial People's Committee announced 13 lists calling for investment outside Con Dao National Park, according to the tourism development plan approved by the Prime Minister, included: Trade Center area; Lo Voi Resort; Dam Trau Resort; Ben Dam Resort, Suoi Ot - Bai Vong Resort; An Hai Resort; hotel center resort of Con Son; Con Son center hotel; Nguyen Van Linh Street Hotel - Huynh Thuc Khang; High-tech agriculture; Generating electricity from renewable energy sources; Inland waterways; Waste treatment plant.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee said:"The province will select high-quality investment projects and capable investors, ensuring the economic development objectives associated with preserving the environment, landscape and sustainable development of Con Dao.The province always improve business investment environment, attract investors to maximize all social resources, create favorable conditions to attract more and more large-scale projects.”
