Need and new trends in tourism development

Speaking at the opening of the workshop, Nguyen Anh Tuan, director of Institute of  Research and Development of Tourism, said the target of the workshop is to gather information and necessary bases on new trends and need in tourism development now. Based on the context of the development tourism industry and the content of the tasks and solutions of Resolution 08/NQ- TW, Institute of  Research and Development of Tourism has proposed six groups of requirements for the development of tourism in Vietnam in the new period include: institutional improvements, investment in infrastructure development and tourism technical facilities; Strengthening tourism promotion; Creating a favorable environment for travel business and tourism community; human resource development.
