Piloting transportation of tourists by double decker dedicated car

The Prime Minister agreed in principle on piloting of deployment of passengers transport services in urban areas by double decker dedicated car , blank on roof and passengers transport services connecting urban centers to airports by high-quality cars that can transport from 16-45 passengers in Hanoi, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Thua Thien-Hue, Lam Dong, Kien Giang and Ho Chi Minh City.

Pilot time is 5 years.

The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Communications and Transport to assume prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of  Culture, Sports and Tourism and People's Committees of the above provinces and cities in guiding enterprises to experiment in accordance with the law, ensure safety traffic.

The Ministry of Transport will hold a preliminary review to learn from experience for the next pilot after 6 months of implementation.

The Government Office has just announced conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung at the meeting on import of components of passenger car of  Truong Hai Automobile Joint Stock Company.

Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and Technology basing on their functions, duties and authority to promptly guide Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock Company to import components of  passenger car in accordance with regulations. Taxes of import components of passenger car will be accordance with provisions of the tax laws.

Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Communications and Transport to inspect the quality of technical safety and environmental protection in manufacture and assembly of cars, including imported auto parts in accordance with provisions regulated.
