The organization has more than 14,000 comments from foreigners, with 174 nationalities and live in 191 different countries to evaluate based on the following criteria: entertainment, personal pleasure, tourism, transport ...

Viet Nam was highly appreciated  by visitors from Western Europe because they can live comfortably with low wages according to European standards. It also has many beautiful, interesting activities to explore.

The Philippines is Asia's leading countries and 4th in the list can make tourists the happiest living. Foreigners appreciate this island nation by the friendly attitude to children and low living costs while Thailand ranks 7th.

National makes foreigners have a happiest living is Costa Rica, where everyone feel happy to live, from merchants, business owners, part-time employees or retired employees. Followed by Malta, Mexico, the Philippines, Ecuador, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam, Panama and Spain.
