Booking.com – The online travel platform Booking.com has announced the Top 10 most hospitable cities and Top 5 most hospitable regions in Vietnam as part of the 13th annual Traveller Review Awards 2025.

As travel trends increasingly shift towards authentic experiences with personal touches and local connections, hospitality continues to play a key role in creating memorable journeys.

Based on over 360 million verified reviews from global travelers, the Traveller Review Awards by Booking.com recognize and celebrate partners who maintain outstanding service quality and elevate the travel experience. This year, 13,003 accommodation partners in Vietnam have been honored with the award for their exceptional hospitality and service that exceeded expectations.

Below is the list of Top 10 Most Hospitable Cities in Vietnam 2025:

  2. Ninh Binh

  3. Ha Giang

  4. Phong Nha

  5. Con Dao

  6. Cao Bang

  7. Phu Quoc

  8. Cat Ba

  9. Sa Pa

  10. Ha Long
