The Department of Tourism opens three training courses in Con Dao

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Deputy Director Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tourism Promotion and Tourism Center opens training courses on tourism

Assigned by the Department of Tourism, the morning of 13/11/2017, Nguyen Van Hai - Deputy Director of Information Center and Tourism Promotion Ba Ria - Vung Tau,organized the opening ceremony of three training courses on tourism, including: civil communication, tour guides, emergency safeguards for staffs and workers in rescue work,tourist guides, communication work, tourist service in Con Dao district. Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Anh Nhut –Deputy Chairman of People's Committee of Con Dao District, with the Organizing Committee and many students.

According to the plan, the classes will take place from 13/11 to 08/01/2018, namely:

Class of civil communication will open from 13/11 to 15/11/2017, it is aboutgeneral communication skills overview, skills, general coping behaviors, communication conflict resolution, how to say thank you and make question.

Tour guide class will be from 13/11 to 08/01/2018, it is about general Vietnam tourist and general knowledge of the tour guide profession, tours, geography, history, culture and tourism of Vietnam, handling the common situations of tourist psychology, behavioral interactions in tourism.

Class of emergency safeguardswill be from November 19 to November 25, it consists of 2 sections: heory and practice, through the training, trainees will learn how to detect swirling ponds, offshore streams,the causes of death for visitors and prevention, skills to avoid drowning, shore-pull, water-retention and artificial respiration.

At the end of the course, trainees will take the test to get the trainers to assess and evaluate results based on results, the Department of Tourism and Vung Tau Tourism College issued the certificate.
