Conditions for recognition of national tourist resorts

According to the Decree, the conditions for recognition of national tourist parkincluding: At least 2 tourist resources, including national tourism resources; there is a definite boundary on the topographic map certified by a competent authority. The scale of the map depends on the management requirements and the topography of the area; It is on the list of potential areas for development of national tourist resorts approved by the Prime Minister.

In addition, the infrastructure, technical facilities, services of high and synchronous quality, meet the needs of accommodation, meals and other needs of tourists including: Providing food service, shopping, sports, entertainment and health care services up to the standard of serving tourists, satisfying at least 500,000 passengers a year; The system of tourist accommodation establishments shall meet at least 300,000 tourist arrivals per year, including tourist accommodation establishments which are recognized as 4-star or higher grade; The conditions specified at Points a, c and d, Clause 2, Article 12 of this Decree.
