Announce MOST LOVED RANKING Q3/2023 Chart

The Outbox Company is pleased to present the Most Loved Ranking for the third quarter of 2023. This ranking reflects the preferences and popularity of various brands among Vietnamese travelers during Q3/2023. The rankings are continually updated to acknowledge valuable contributions and to include new brands and categories that have won the hearts of Vietnamese customers.

We extend our hearty congratulations to all the brands that have made it to the rankings this quarter. Your tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed and have earned the trust and recognition of both customers and tourists.
Top Outbound Destinations
South Korea surpassed Thailand in the top position  increased by 9.75% in votes compared to the previous quarter, followed by Japan, Taiwan and China.
Top Domestic Destinations
Ba Ria - Vung Tau continues to be the domestic destination most chosen by Vietnamese travelers. Then there are Da Nang, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Khanh Hoa. Da Lat - Lam Dong continues to drop in rankings, no longer in the Top 5 list.
Top Domestic Airlines
Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air respectively lead the category with nearly 70% voting rate as the top two domestic airlines for most travel choices of Vietnamese tourists in the third quarter of 2023.
Top OTAs
Traveloka is the leading brand with more than 32% of choices (up 1.7% compared to Q2). continues to hold the 3rd position and is the only Vietnamese OTA in the ranking. 5th place welcomes the return of
Top TAs/TOs
Vietravel continues to dominate the ranking. Although Saigontourist decreased its voting rate by 6% compared to the previous quarter, it still maintained the 2nd position, tied with Vietnam Booking, which increased dramatically from 6th in the previous quarter to 2nd in the 3rd quarter.
Top Known International Hotels
Hilton had been added to this category since Q2 based on the preference of Vietnamese travelers. This brand from Hilton Worldwide also received the leading position with more than 12.4% of the total voting rate.
