Minister: Tran Hong Ha visited Hang Duong Con Dao Cemetery

On the trip to Con Dao; on the morning of April 4th, the working group of Ministry Natural Resources and Environment led by Mr. Tran Hong Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee and the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment visited the Hang Duong Cemetery and visited and presented gifts to former Con Dao political prisoners. Accompanying the delegation was Mr. Nguyen Thi Yen - Deputy Permanent Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of National Assembly delegation of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and leaders of Con Dao district.
After arriving in Con Dao, the delegation celebrated an incense offering memorial at Hang Duong Cemetery, showing deep gratitude to the heroes of martyrs and patriotic compatriots who bravely sacrificed for their independence and freedom. The country is currently resting on the sacred land of Con Dao.
After the incense offering ceremony, Mr. Tran Hong Ha - Minister of Natural Resources and Environment planted a souvenir tree at Con Dao Temple.
On this occasion, the delegation of Natural Resources and Environment visited and presented gifts to 5 former prisoners of Con Dao political family, including Nguyen Van Banh, Nguyen Van Hieu, Phan Hoang Oanh, Nguyen Xuan Vien and Nguyen Thi Ni. .
In the families that the delegation visited, Minister Tran Hong Ha expressed his deep gratitude to the former prisoners for having contributed to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland in general and Con Dao in particular. At the same time, kindly visit the health and wish the family to continue promoting the revolutionary tradition, contributing to the construction of Con Dao more and more beautiful and prosperous in this place
