Walking tour to explore Con Dao National Park ecotourism route

On the occasion of the 26th anniversary of the founding of Con Dao National Park (1993 - 2019); On March 30, the Management Board of Con Dao National Park (CDNP) organized a walk in the forest, conquered the God Mountain and visited the 400-year-old Heritage Tree.

There are 70 participants in this program. About 40 people are tourists, the rest are local people. Opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Khac Pho - Director of the National Park Management Board said the purpose of this event is to call people on the island, travel companies, travel, domestic and foreign tourists continue to accompany the unit to preserve, protect and promote the value of Con Dao National Park; protecting nature to always clean and beautiful green. At the same time, through it, share with local communities and visitors the value of forest, marine and biodiversity resources of Con Dao National Park as well as its role in the local people's life and tourists cross when coming to Con Dao.
With the theme 'go to discover ', participants have walked on the roadmap: coming from the center of the National Park of the National Park to a 400-year-old heritage tree and the cave of Our Lady. With a distance of about 6 km to the forest, both tourists and visitors have been guided and introduced by the officials of the Department of Ecological and Environmental Education about the diversity of natural resources and biodiversity of the routes ecotourism sites in the national park; beautiful landscapes of Con Dao in general and Con Dao National Park in particular. In particular, the eco-tourism route from the center of the National Park to the 400-year-old heritage tree and Duc Me cave is one of 30 eco-tourism routes that the National Park is operating and exploiting. Each year, this tourist route welcomes thousands of visitors and discoveries.
Also in the natural exploration journey of Con Dao, the National Park Management Board has propagated and called on tourists and people to protect the nature and environment of Con Dao. With the message "everyone to participate in forest protection and forest protection will protect us", the organizers also mobilize people and visitors to protect the environment with practical actions such as not discharging indiscriminate garbage, minimize the discharge of waste into the environment, and protect the life of wild animals… Con Dao is always green, clean, beautiful, and peaceful and contributes to serving human life.
Also included in the program, the Management Board of the National Park has organized for tourists and local people to take part in a walk to discover the nature of Con Dao lucky draw. Board of the National Park has awarded 3 prizes to 3 lucky winners, including: the first prize is a package eco tour. Watch turtles lay eggs and release baby turtles to the sea at the Bay edge, worth nearly 6 million VND; the second prize is a package eco tour. Diving to see coral at Hon Bay edge worth nearly 4 million VND and the third prize is an eco-tour package to discover tropical rainforest garden center to Dam Tre Bay worth nearly 2 million VND. It is known that the prize is valid for use within 12 months from the date of receiving the prize. In addition, each participant in the program is also given a souvenir gift by the Con Dao National Park management.
This is a walking tour to explore eco-tourism routes to pay tribute to tourists and local people for the first time.
