Ba Ria – Vung Tau province leaders visit Hang Duong cemetery

Attending the ceremony, there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Yen, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Mai Ngoc Thuan, Member of Provincial Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Mr. Bui Chi Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, together with leaders of Departments, Branches of the province and leaders of Con Dao district.
At the Monument of Heroes and Martyrs of Hang Keo Cemetery and Hang Duong Cemetery, Provincial leaders placed wreaths, offered incense and spent a minute of memorial service for martyrs and patriotic compatriots acrificed for the cause of fighting for national liberation and national reunification.
 In front of the heroic martyrs, the leaders of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province pledged to unite, bring into play the glorious revolutionary tradition of the nation, determined to overcome all difficulties and challenges, strive to compete in all fields, build Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to become more and more beautiful, civilized, worthy of the great merits of the people, the comrades who fought and bravely sacrificed for their independence of the Fatherland.

After the visit at Hang Duong Cemetery, Provincial Party Secretary Pham Viet Thanh and his delegate came to burn incense at the graves of heroic martyrs and patriots, including the grave of the late General Secretary Le Hong Phong, Patriotic Nguyen An Ninh, Hero of the People's Army of Vietnam Vo Thi Sau.
