Secretary of Vinh Long province visits and presents gifts to families in treatment policy in Con Dao island

Attending the meeting were Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh, Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hanh, Head of the People's Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee. On the side of Con Dao district, there were Mr. Phan Thanh Bien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thuy Nga, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, together with leaders of relevant agencies and units in the district.
At the meeting, leaders of Con Dao district informed the delegation of Vinh Long province about the outstanding socio-economic situation, security - national defense, tourism development work of the district during this  and development orientation in the coming time. 
The delegation of Vinh Long province presented gifts to policy beneficiaries and students in difficult circumstances.
On behalf of the working delegation, Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh, Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee congratulated the results achieved by the Party Committee, government, army and people  Con Dao district in recent years. At the same time, they gave some general information about the development of Vinh Long province in recent years to the leaders of Con Dao district. On this occasion, Vinh Long Provincial Party Secretary Tran Van Ron and the delegation presented 40 gifts to policy households and 40 gifts to students with difficult circumstances for learning in the area of on Dao district with each over the value of 1 million VND.
