- Operation time: From February 6, 2024, and keep serving tourists to visit and enjoy after Tet.
- Location: Le Hong Phong Street.
- Content: Flower decoration according to thematic areas, vivid miniatures of the Year of the Dragon, showing the typical cultural features of Con Dao district; Introducing and promoting the tourism image of Con Dao.

- Program content:
