During the course of one session, owners of establishments and persons directly engaged in production and business are advised by officials of the Industry and Trade Department of the State regulations on food safety; To guide owners of production and business establishments to apply for certificates of basic food safety conditions as prescribed; current status of food safety; Situation of food poisoning in the province in near full time; the hazards that exist in food and how to prevent it; methods of selection and preservation of food safety;
The training course on "food safety and hygiene knowledge" is an activity in the program of food hygiene and safety in 2018 of the province. Through the training to disseminate the regulations of the State on food safety and help business owners, small business traders improve their understanding and meet management requirements, production and business conditions; contributing to the effective implementation of food safety and hygiene in Con Dao district in particular and Ba Ria-Vung Tau province in general.
At the end of the training, the trainees took the test to allow the Department of Industry and Trade to provide a basis for granting certificates of knowledge about food safety.
