Mau Tuat Spring Food Culture Contest 2018

In the afternoon of February 23, 2018, the Con Dao Women's Union cooperated with the district labor federation to hold a contest to celebrate the Party's food and celebrate the spring of Mau Tuat 2018.

The contest of culinary culture, flower arrangement 2018 with the participation of 36 contest teams from 32 grassroot trade unions and 11 branches of women in the whole district.

At the contest, the teams have the same culinary skills, arange flowers with many topics such as: Country soul, countryside, spring, spring incense, equanimity, spring of love, offshore, triumphal ... Beside the flower baskets is presented with many ideas, beautiful Con Dao women also brought to the contest 43 dishes and drinks of all kinds. The dishes of the contest bring the taste of all three North - Central - South and some dishes are street style is very beautiful, attractive as: chicken soup, lotus rice, Yangzhou fried rice, salad rolls, snakehead fish soup with Canh cake...

Coming to the competition, the teams compete with the flower basket, dishes not only beautiful on aesthetics, delicious on the food but also the criteria for food hygiene and safety.

After the jury finished the marking, the booths started to sell the food to the customers by the tickets sold by the Organizing Committee for each coupon worth VND10,000.

With good and attractive foods, stalls have attracted thousands of people as well as visitors to visit and enjoy the cuisine.

The food culture contest for Party and spring celebration is the annual activity in Con Dao district in recent years. This is one of the fun and useful activities, not only affirming the ingenuity and domestic talent of the women in the island district, but also bring excitement and joy to the people and visitors when fascinating attractive cuisine in New Year's Days of 2018./.
