Year of Dragon 2024 Spring Flower Street with the theme “Con Dao sustainable development”

The highlight in the series of activities to celebrate the Party and Lunar New Year 2024 will be the Spring Flower Street with the theme "Con Dao sustainable development", expected to be held on Le Hong Phong street (section from Ton Duc Thang flag Square to Nguyen Hue clock tower roundabout). The flower street will consist of small clusters of miniature landscapes and models associated with the Year of the Dragon mascot, decorated with LED lighting system and patterned lights, to highlight the meaning of each model and theme cluster,  making the spring flower street more sparkling and brilliant at night.

 


It is known that the miniature landscapes at this year's Spring Flower Street will mostly be made from environmentally friendly materials, reflecting a green-ecological, sustainable development of Con Dao according to the circular economy model.



The exhibition consists of several parts: the "Whole landscape", including miniature landscapes, such as the Dragon holding pearl model; and two colorful Jellyfish models made from cylinders using stylized circulating wind energy. Secondly are the models of the Spring Welcoming frame, Tet, Harvesting Autumn, Fishing Village; Happy New Year check-in; Spring Street; Love on the Island; the Magical Ocean; Time Gate, and Love Bridge.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Con Dao Spring Flower Street is held at Le Hong Phong Street. With the combination of factors of tradition, modernity, integration, and development, this year's spring flower street is expected to bring a truly impressive Tet space to tourists and Con Dao people a truly impressive Tet space, a highlight that contributes to Con Dao image promotion to domestic and international tourists.
