2017 is the year to bring into play the active role of propagandas and media agencies in promoting propaganda and communication activities on reform of the administrative structure, detect and reflect in time positive aspects and limitations in reform of the administrative structure at all levels of government, sectors and localities; propaganda and communication activities on reform of the administrative structure have to be linked to the implementation of local political tasks, combine reform of the administrative structure with propagation and dissemination of the Party's guidelines and policies, state's laws and new documents.

Disseminating the code of administrative formalities of all levels of district government according to decision of the provincial People's Committee. Building a model of information technology application for receiving and returning results department; Disseminating and propagating contents of administrative reform program of government in the period 2011 - 2020; Annual plan of reform of the administrative structure of Con Dao; Propagandizing the implementation of one-stop mechanism, interconnected one-stop mechanism, basic rights and obligations of citizens in relation to state's administrative agencies, responsibilities of civil servants in settling affairs of people.
