Temporarily applying some safe, flexible, efficient measures to control covid-19 in the province

The Government's Resolution No. 128/NQ-CP dated October 11, 2021 on the provisional regulation of "Safe adaptation, flexibility, effective control of the COVID-19 epidemic" was implemented; while waiting for the ministries and central branches to guide the implementation, in order to stabilize the people's life and socio-economic activities of the province, the Provincial People's Committee directs the temporary application of a number of appropriate measures with safe, flexible and effective response to COVID-19 epidemic as follows:
From 00 o'clock on October 16, 2021:
1. General rules
- Strictly implement the 5K Message of the Ministry of Health: "Gauze mask - Disinfection - Distance - Not gathering in large numbers - Health declaration ”; everyone has the responsibility to make honest health declarations and take responsibility if they let disease spread due to dishonest declarations.
- When there is one of the symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, sore throat, loss of taste, etc, immediately contact the nearest medical facility for examination, do not buy medicine on your own.
2. For agencies and offices
- Strictly comply with epidemic prevention and control measures at the workplace.
- Implement information management of people entering/exiting by QR code.
- The head is responsible for formulating plans and implementing epidemic prevention and control according to regulations of the Ministry of Health.
3. For enterprises, production, business and service establishments in the district
- Develop an operation plan to ensure the epidemic prevention and control of the unit under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, central ministries and branches.
- Strictly follow the epidemic prevention measures at the workplace.
- Implement information management of people entering/exiting by QR code.
4. Responsibilities of the Business Owner
Owners of businesses, service, production and business establishments that are allowed to operate must have plans to ensure epidemic prevention and control at their units under the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Central Ministries; comply with and take responsibility according to regulations on epidemic prevention during operation
