"When participating in tours, tourists must also follow the guidance of the Ministry of Health with 4 criteria: masking, disinfection, medical declaration and keeping distance," said Mr. Duc.
Previously, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has launched a program to stimulate domestic tourism with quite positive results. The number of domestic tourists in July reached 8 million, an increase of 1 million compared to June. However, since Covid-19's rebound in late July, tourism has once again stalled. A series of tours were canceled.
