The Department of Home Affairs, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has just announced the recruitment of vocational training in the field of security, reception, professional affairs, chamber, professional service of restaurants and restaurants in Con Dao district in 2019.

- Unskilled working-age laborers have permanent and KT3 permanent residence in Con Dao (including the number of laborers who have a job but need to change careers and unskilled workers).
- Workers have never participated in vocational training courses for rural workers organized by Con Dao District People's Committee.

Priority regime: Trainees are provided with free training and food support during their time in vocational training, including:
- Subjects are rural laborers entitled to preferential policies for people with meritorious services to the revolution, poor households, ethnic minority people, disabled people and cultivated land users (directly spent on learners occupation): VND 25,000 / day of actual study / person.
- Subjects of other rural laborers: VND 20,000 / day of actual study / person.
* Note: Subjects are entitled to the actual school day allowance when the apprentices participate in the training course, accounting for 75% of the training occupations recorded in the decision to establish vocational training courses and must take the final examination, be informed before the class starts.
