The provincial People's Committee has just decided to approve additional 2 enterprises to implement the pilot project to invest in 4-wheeler trucks with petrol engines to transport visitors and tourists in Con Dao district, including: Branch of the Company CP Mai Linh Group in Con Dao and Duc Xuan Company Limited.

Under the proposal of the Branch of Mai Linh Group Joint Stock Company, the type of transport means a 4-wheel vehicle with an electric motor or a gasoline engine (preferably using bio-fuel), including 25 vehicles, divided into 2 phases paragraph. Phase 1: Invest 10 vehicles with gasoline engines; the pilot time is 1 year since the project is approved by the provincial People's Committee. Phase 2: After evaluating the operational efficiency of phase 1, the Branch will propose specifically the plan of adding 15 vehicles (10 gasoline vehicles and 5 electric cars).
Duc Xuan Co., Ltd. is also expected to use 4-wheeler trucks with gasoline engines (preferably using bio-gasoline) with a number of 30 vehicles, including 2 stages. Phase 1: Invest 10 vehicles with gasoline engines, the trial operation time is 1 year (in 2019), from the date the project is approved by the provincial People's Committee. Phase 2: Investing and putting into operation 20 more vehicles.
