CON DAO ORGANIZED DISPLAYING ART BOOKS AND PHOTO EXHIBITION CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF IMPLEMENTING THE WILL AND DATE OF DEATH THE PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH

In the atmosphere of the whole country solemnly commemorates the 74th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of September 2, the 50th anniversary of the implementation of the President Ho Chi Minh's will, on the morning of August 30, 2019. District Library, Monuments Management Board, Con Dao Museum, District Military Command, Residential Area No. 2, and No. 3 jointly organized the exhibition of art books and photos with the theme "Uncle Ho taught us the way to light".
The exhibition consists of 2 parts : Part 1: The book introduced documents about President. Ho Chi Minh, his divine will and the leadership of the Vietnam Communist Party in the two wars against French colonialism and American imperialism; documents on the majestic victory, glorious history, legendary celebrities of Vietnam through the two wars to gain independence, freedom, national liberation, and reunification; documents about the homeland sea and islands, Con Dao heroes and stories throughout the years. Part 2: The photo exhibition introduced nearly 100 images of President. Ho Chi Minh with the following contents: Ho Chi Minh - Person with the belief of victory, Uncle Ho with War Invalids - Martyrs, Uncle Ho with Homeland Sea and islands. Also at the exhibition, the district library presented 4 bookshelves in the residential area, the Armed Forces and the District Police with a total value of VND 107,954,500. Through the exhibited works, the exhibition has contributed to spreading the great values of the sacred will that Uncle Ho has left for the world to future generations to the people of Con Dao and visitors, thereby contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of the entire Party, people and army in implementing his will, continuing to promote the study and practice of ideology and morality, Ho Chi Minh style... The exhibition will be open from August 30th, 2019 to September 6th 2019, at the Cultural and Community Learning Center No. 3 residential area, Con Dao district.
