Concluding the meeting, Mr. Le Van Phong - Chairman of the District People's Committee asked the consulting unit to receive comments to complete the design plan, focusing on investing in many kinds of flowers and ornamental plants; combine lighting systems to highlight Spring Flower Road. On the topic, the consulting unit should select appropriately and integrate the meaning of the Happy New Year 2020 with the event of welcoming the Party Congress at all levels to the 13th National Party Congress. It is necessary to carry out a detailed survey of the location of the spring flower road, climate, and weather in Con Dao on the occasion of Chinese New Year to have a plan to design suitable models and display flowers.
