Developing Con Dao become aninternational resort part 1

Currently, Con Dao is increasingly improve the quality of the tourism industry to arm the goal that Con Dao resort will become a high quality park of the Southeast Asia region and worldwide in the future. Con Dao has announced the overall plan on development the national tourist resort on Con Dao island with Decision No.870/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister to guide tourism construction for Con Dao by 2030 on 19th November 2015. Besides,Con Dao island is also enjoyed many preferential policies according to the Circular 26 of the Ministry of Finance dated on 18th February 2016 on guiding the implementation of some mechanisms and incentives for Con Dao district. This circular hascome into force on 04th March 2016. Projects of organizations and individuals at home and abroad in Con Dao are enjoyed tax incentives such as corporate income tax, export and import duties with areas having particularly difficult economic – social conditions. This has a special meaning when the number of visitors to Con Dao is higher in recent years.
